Supply of Products

To buy any alcoholic products via the website, the buyer must be at least 18 years of age. Under Singapore Law, alcoholic products can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age and over. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying any alcoholic product as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age. The courier will request some form of ID if there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID, the courier cannot leave the alcoholic products.
Special Offers
At any time, Winelah! may terminate any special offer without advance notice.

Each promotional e-coupon/voucher may only be redeemed once per household. E-coupons/Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other vouchers - strict limit of one voucher per order.

Prices stated are in Singapore dollars, and may be per bottle or per case, as stated. Prices are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. All delivery charges are extra, and not included in stated prices.
A buyer must pay for an order through PayPal when ordering. If the issuer does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, Winelah! may cancel the order.
Pricing Errors
If a product inadvertently appears on the website at the wrong price, Winelah! may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment charged. Winelah! will notify the buyer and issue a refund in the amount of the wrong price.
Product Availability
All products are offered for sale on the basis of while stocks last.
All packages sent out by Winelah! REQUIRE a signature belonging to persons of legal age (18 years and above accordingly to Singapore Law) at the time of delivery.
All alcoholic productsare normally delivered from Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 7.00pm to either a business premise or a residence. If the premises are unattended, the alcoholic product will not be left; the courier will leave a card and the buyer needs to arrange delivery to an attended address.
If any purchase is received with one or more broken bottles, Winelah! will send replacement bottles if the buyer so notifies Winelah! within three (3) days of the date of the invoice.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
Product remains Winelah!'s property until paid for in full by the buyer.
Where any product is to be returned, the buyer is liable to keep the product in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it until returning to 1 Pemimpin Drive,One Pepmimpin, #09-05, Singapore 576151. All products should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Winelah!.
Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after Winelah! was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned products being collected in original saleable condition.

Force Majeure
Winelah! is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. Winelah! will endeavour to notify the buyer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, Winelah! may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
If Winelah! issues a buyer an e-coupon/voucher to redeem against the future purchase of wine, the terms and conditions on that e-coupon/voucher apply and bind the holder of the e-coupon/voucher. E-coupons/vouchers are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and when you drink, be responsible, do not drive. Wine cases are heavy, be careful when lifting. Wine, red wine in particular will cause staining if spilt.
