Who is Winelah?
Winelah!is an e-commerce platform for the sale of wine, wine ice-cream and alcoholic beverages. We at Winelah! aim to make shopping for wine a breeze with our straightforward, informative interface designed with you, our customer in mind. What do I do if I forget my username and password?
Select [Forgot password?]or [Forgot username?] on the top right corner of the main page and follow the directions.
 
How do I edit my personal or shipping information?
Login with your registered username and select Change Details.
 
If I am not a registered member, can I still buy wine?
Because the products we sell contain alcohol, registration is compulsory.
 
Where is my cart and how do I add an item?
You can view your cart by clicking the “show/hide’ tab on the right of your screen or by selecting Shopping Cart at the bottom of the page. To add an item, simply select “add to cart” or drag and drop item to your cart.

How do I remove my item in the cart?
View you shopping cart and click on the red cross next to the item you wish to delete.

When can I expect my order to arrive and what are the delivery options?
Wine is normally delivered from Monday to Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm to either a business premise or a residence. Go to our Shipping Policy for more information.
 
How do I track my online order?
Login to your WineLah account and select “Your Account” then select “Order Information” to view your order status.
 
What are the payment method and currency option?
All payments are done through PAYPAL services in SINGAPORE DOLLARS only.

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing?
We strive to make sure this never happens but in the event that it does, inform us within three (3) days of receipt and we will rectify the error.
 
Who can sign my wine delivery order?
Persons in the residence or establishment that is of a minimum legal age of 18 years old.
 
What is your return policy?
Where wine is to be returned, the buyer is liable to keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it until returning to 11 Mohamed Sultan Road. Wine should be returned in the original box in saleable condition and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Winelah!.

How do I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations.
